In the COMMIT module you will begin the detailed planning needed to bring your product or service to market. Branding is an important component, and you will learn what’s required to effectively create and market a brand. You will also decide how to distribute or sell your product or service. Financial statements provide an important framework for decision making about your business, so you will do a deep dive into the financial planning cycle and learn how to project sales and costs. Finally, you will learn about intellectual property, and how to ensure you comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
